SHIPPING

Please allow 24-48 hours for your order to process. We ship via USPS. Once your items ship, you will receive an email with a tracking number. If you have questions about tracking once your order has shipped, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number.

Returns

Your satisfaction with Essi Nutrition’s products is our top goal. We accept returns for most new, unopened products within 30 days of delivery.The cost of shipping for return items is the responsibility of the customer if the return is not a result of an error on our part (such as receiving an incorrect item). If your return is the result of an incorrect order, we will cover the costs for shipping of the return. Please note that the shipping and handling fees will be removed from the refund amount.The refund will be processed upon receipt of the product at our facility. We do not accept returns of any opened/used products as items cannot be resold once they’ve been opened. We really want you to love your purchase, so if you are hoping to return a product that you’ve already opened, you may reach out to our support team to see if you qualify for partial store credit.
